Sale of SKK-COWS unit for Taiwan and execution of related technical assistance agreement

We sold SKK-COWS unit and related materials/equipment to a Taiwanese construction company for the crude oil tank cleaning work at Mailiao refinery of FPCC (Formosa Petrochemical Corporation) which is the core business in Formosa Plastics Group in Taiwan. We also entered into an engineer training agreement with the Taiwanese construction company to provide technical assistance on the local projects.
